According to Rightmove data, the average house price in Lincoln was £191,960 last year, up by 9% on the previous year. Terraced properties sold for an average of £142,819, with semi-detached averaged at £178,964 and a detached property averaged at £283,471.
Lincolnshire saw an annual increase of 6% on the previous year. The average asking price in Lincolnshire is now £206,877.
Overall, the East Midlands saw an annual increase of 6% on the previous year. The average asking price in the East Midlands is now £234,467 against the national average of £321,064.
