The new Green Homes Grant is a not to be missed opportunity both for home owners and for landlords. To receive the full £5000 voucher, improvements of £7,500 will be needed, which will cost the householder just £2,500.
In his recent statement the chancellor Rishi Sunak said: “…. I’m announcing today a new, £2 billion Green Homes Grant. From September, homeowners and landlords will be able to apply for vouchers to make their homes more energy efficient and create local jobs.
